Léon was discovered at the age of 12 by the artistic director of TCDA-IBF, Théodore Constant who was part of the jury of the international dance competition "Espoirs de la Danse" in Montpellier, France.
At the invitation of Mr. Constant, Leon attended the TCDA-IBF Summer Intensive in Sacramento, California in 2016, returning every year since (except during the corona virus due to travel restrictions).

After Leon's first summer at the TCDA-IBF, Mr. Constant awarded him a scholarship to the Berlin State Ballet School in Germany.
Leon welcomed that opportunity. He also took the opportunity to visit the great German city, in particular the Berlin Wall.

Mr. Constant encouraged Léon to audition for the Paris Opera Ballet School. Leon took his advice and after auditioning he was accepted to the Parisian school.
This summer, Léon will graduate from the Paris Opera Ballet School and will be joining once again the TCDA-IBF Summer Intensive. We are looking forward to welcome him again!
